I would like to go on record and mention that the service we received from Zuma rent a car was outstanding. Super nice people, quality service and our driver from the airport to Jaco even gave us an impromptu tour and information about the country as we were heading to Jaco. I could not recommend them strongly enough; you will be in very good hands. -- Regards

We were accommodated with our every need, and the service level of the people, including the owner Warren, wad impeccable. What nice human beings. We really recommend renting a car here, and we will also be doing that again!

Thank you so very much to Warren - he took care of our group amazingly efficient! And special thanks to Carlos - our driver. All personnel of this company was helpful and great in all aspects. On the way back to SJO we had to leave Jaco at 4am and Carlos was waiting for us, checked the cars and we signed the papers - very quickly.We were on time and absolutely no problems. It was super great, efficient and pleasant experience working with Zuma rental! Highly recommend to everyone! Rates, service, communication - everything is 10 stars !!! Thanks, guys!

They picked us up from the airport even though our connecting flight was delayed by an hour. They were super easy to work with and Warren was very responsive. He answered all of our questions and made sure that everyone was on the same page. I would recommend them to anyone travelling to Costa Rica and would definitely use them again in the future.

from: John Pohling - 2018-08-18 13:26:54 I wanted to give a big shout out to Zuma rent a car! The communication and service that we received from Warren and Mario were top notch. Warren communicated quickly and thoroughly every step of the way. He answered each one of my questions, and there were many, in a very professional manner. There were absolutely no surprises and everything was as described. He was able to use the e-mail from my Credit Card company to eliminate the CDW charges. I did not need to physically have a hard copy of the letter which was nice. We were coming from the Nicoya Peninsula direct to Jaco and our car was clean, gassed up and ready to go at the time we agreed upon. Completing the paperwork was a breeze as Warren speaks English extremely well. We were off on our adventure in no time. I was really happy with the ability to have a driver (Mario) drive us up to San Jose at the end of our trip. I really did not look forward to heading into San Jose on my own, and when the rain started so heavily at the beginning of our trip to SJ I remarked to Mario about how happy I was that I did not need to do the driving! Little did I know that having Mario would be truly priceless momentarily. As we left Jaco in the downpour the traffic came to a standstill and Waze was showing stopped traffic for miles in each direction due to either a strike, or accident on one of the bridges just out of town. we crept along for a few km until Mario turned off onto the "old road" and we were off thru the gravel back roads for many km until we hooked back up with the main road just beyond the stoppage!! Without his knowledge of these back roads we would have been sitting for hours. Mario was amazing and his knowledge of the area that he shared was appreciated. Also in terrific English. So all I can say is if you are contemplating renting a car for your CR trip I would highly recommend Zuma and Warren/Mario.
